If paid plans are enabled, fees, billing cycles, and refunds (if any) will be described during checkout or in a separate agreement.

Do not upload unlawful content or violate others’ rights.
Use data responsibly and verify fitment before final sale.

VinCenter provides tools to help decision-making, but automotive fitment can vary. You remain responsible for verifying the final part compatibility before purchase or installation.

6) Intellectual property

All product content, branding, and software are owned by VinCenter or licensors. You receive a limited license to use the service as intended.

7) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VinCenter is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
